Methods to eliminate distraction

Let's talk about how to eliminate your distractions:

Everyone has purpose, but these distractions are keeping you away from where you have to belong. The only way to get rid of this,  is to understand what your goal is:

Remember: Excitement are not fulfillment!
These distractions are merely excitement  but It'll never fullfill your goal; rather it becomes a hurdle.

Few ways  to keep yourself on the zone :

Blocking distractions is all about creating an environment and mindset that helps you to focus. Here are some strategies that you can use:
  1. Identify Your Distractions: Understand what specifically distracts you, whether it’s social media, outside influences,  bad habits or negative companies. Once identified, you can take steps to limit them.

  2.  Meditate:  Try doing mediation or breathing technique before sleep and early in the morning. If not atleast keep your mind calm and relaxed.

  3. Set Clear Goals: Break your tasks into smaller, achievable goals. Having clear objectives can help you stay on track and motivated.

  4. Going  ghost  : Mute or turn off notifications on your phone, deactivate social media which distracts you and apps so they don’t pull you away from your task.

  5. Try new things :  Develop new qualities, learn new things, engage in new activities like reading books, going for a walk, spending time with nature and planning how to achieve your goals .
