Methods to eliminate distraction

Identify Your Distractions: Understand what specifically distracts you, whether it’s social media, outside influences, bad habits or negative companies. Once identified, you can take steps to limit them.
Meditate: Try doing mediation or breathing technique before sleep and early in the morning. If not atleast keep your mind calm and relaxed.

Set Clear Goals: Break your tasks into smaller, achievable goals. Having clear objectives can help you stay on track and motivated.

Going ghost : Mute or turn off notifications on your phone, deactivate social media which distracts you and apps so they don’t pull you away from your task.
Try new things : Develop new qualities, learn new things, engage in new activities like reading books, going for a walk, spending time with nature and planning how to achieve your goals .
