One thing that athletes need to understand- if you want to win easily;you need to train hardly.nothing comes easy on your way ,Achievement takes time its like an uphill battle .The roads are always rough and intense but make sure you never giveup to accomplish your dream.

What is distraction? Take a note and write down what-are-all the things that stop you from being  a topdogg!? Here's  the thing . Distraction is everywhere in today's world. There will be always  something or someone  in your life which will distract you from your goals. In such cases, you have two choices: you really have to fall in that trap again and live inside the distractive loop, (or) you have to stay focused and disciplined. The choice is yours !
